The Fund diversifies its investments across products, specialties, clinical and regulatory stages of development, and geographic markets. The Fund employs a uniquely flexible approach that fulfills many different goals for its partners:

Long-Term Investment:
Paul Capital Healthcare has a longer investment horizon than most public or private equity investors. This allows the Fund to be flexible in terms of the duration of its investments including investments up to 10 years or more.
Flexible Deal Size:
With a substantial amount of capital under management, the Fund has closed single product investments ranging from $10 million to over $100 million; Paul Capital Healthcare has access to a network of co-investors to facilitate larger transactions.
Structural Flexibility:
A flexible investment approach allows for customized, hybrid financings that meet the needs of both parties. This flexibility is derived in part from the Fund's use of a range of financing instruments and structures.
Access to Multiple Financing Instruments:
The Fund can provide capital through novel non-dilutive structures such as royalty interest and revenue interest financings – the provision of cash in exchange for a percentage of future product revenues – which have traditionally been the cornerstone of Paul Capital Healthcare's investments as well as through various other forms of traditional and structured debt and equity.
