Secondary Investments

Suzanne Rombeau joined Paul Capital in 2004 and is responsible for assisting in the management of the team’s due diligence activities. Her responsibilities include the sourcing, analysis, negotiation and closing of secondary private equity transactions. Suzanne has nine years of private equity related experience; she began her career as an Analyst with Morgan Stanley in the Financial Sponsors Group where she worked a number of high profile transactions. Prior to joining Paul Capital, Suzanne worked for Carey Limo, a portfolio company of Chartwell Investments, a New York based middle market focused private equity firm. Suzanne earned her M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, with a B.S. in Economics.
