Jason Sambanju joined Paul Capital in August 2007 as a Director of its newly-established Hong Kong office. His responsibilities include transaction sourcing and execution and the general development of Paul Capital’s business within the Asian region. Mr. Sambanju’s 11 years of transactional experience include over 7 years at Symphony Capital Partners, one of the longest-established private equity groups in Asia. As a Principal, Mr. Sambanju executed transactions across a wide range of industries and geographies, as well as providing business development support to investee companies. Prior to this, Mr. Sambanju was an Associate in Deutsche Bank’s Mergers & Acquisitions investment banking group in New York. Mr. Sambanju has dual bachelor degrees from the University of Pennsylvania (from the Wharton School and College of Arts & Sciences) and spent a year at the London School of Economics.
