Carroll H. Archibald joined Paul Capital in 1997. Ms. Archibald provides consultation in the tax and accounting issues related to revenue interests, royalties, debt structures, securitizations, UBTI and tax withholding for Paul Capital's Healthcare and Secondary Teams. Prior to joining Paul Capital, Ms. Archibald spent 10 years with Coopers & Lybrand and Arthur Andersen, most recently as a tax partner focusing on their venture capital, private equity and real estate practices. In addition, from 1984 to 1995, Ms. Archibald was Vice President of Taxation and Portfolio Accounting with Metric Realty, a real estate investment firm affiliated with Met Life. Ms. Archibald is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California. She received a B.A. from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
