Matthew Wotiz, Associate, joined Paul Capital in 2007. He is involved in the sourcing of and due diligence on new investment opportunities, as well as transaction structuring. Previously, he was responsible for the identification and execution of licensing transactions and growth opportunities, including M&A, as a member of the global Corporate Business Development and Strategy group at Lundbeck. Mr. Wotiz worked as a member of the life sciences investment team at Burrill and Company immediately following graduate school. Mr. Wotiz earned a M.S. in Biotechnology from the J.L. Kellogg Center for Biotech at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Biology from Washington and Lee University.
