Secondary Investments

Ann Watson is a Regional Representative for Paul Capital primarily covering the Canadian market. She began working with Paul Capital in 2001 and has held a variety of roles including Principal with responsibility for the firm's global sourcing and the local network of regional representatives. Previously, Ms. Watson was the Fund Manager for an early stage software venture capital fund and an investment banker with UBS where she originated and executed corporate finance and mergers and acquisition transactions in the Canadian media, telecom and technology sectors. She has an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
