Mr. Hacohen, formerly a partner with Paul Capital, has been associated with the firm since 1997 and has over 28 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and technology company management. This experience coupled with his extensive U.S. and international contacts makes him a valuable resource for the origination, analysis and management of secondary transactions. Mr. Hacohen’s current involvement in Paul Capital’s sourcing activities is focused primarily on major financial institutions and private equity managers in the US. He also leads those activities in Israel and South Africa. Prior to his association with Paul Capital, he served as managing director of two New York-based investment banks. Mr. Hacohen's operating experience includes serving as president and CEO of three technology and online information companies. Mr. Hacohen received his education in mathematics, physics, and computer science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
