Secondary Investments

Yaron Zafir joined Paul Capital's London office in 2008, focusing on evaluation and execution of secondary private equity transactions. Prior to joining Paul Capital, Mr. Zafir spent more than four years as an investment professional at Cedar Fund, an early stage venture capital firm, where he focused on sourcing, due diligence, negotiation and closing of technology oriented deals. Mr. Zafir began his professional career at BigBand Networks (NASDAQ:BBND), helping to establish its Core Technology team. He holds an M.B.A. with distinction from INSEAD and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Management, summa cum laude, from Tel Aviv University.
