Secondary Investments

Sabina Sammartino joined Paul Capital Partners in 2008 and is responsible for managing the UK team’s due diligence activities. Her responsibilities include the sourcing, analysis, negotiation and closing of secondary private equity transactions. Ms Sammartino has over ten years of private equity experience; most recently as an Executive Director at GE Equity in London, responsible for leading the origination, execution and management of private equity direct and fund investments in Europe for General Electric. Prior to GE Ms Sammartino headed up the private equity investment team at BNL SpA, an Italian bank. Previously, Ms Sammartino worked at General Electric, where she held a number of positions, including five years in the private equity division where she focused on the origination and execution of growth capital and buy-out transactions across Europe. She received a 1st Class degree in Economics from University 'La Sapienza', Rome, Italy.
